Corey B. Rabin, Esq., CEO

Corey is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bar Associations and is a founding partner in Rabin|Alexander. He brings decades of experience in acquiring and developing commercial and residential real estate. His roles include finding and assessing potential acquisitions, obtaining financing, and devising divestment and cash out strategies for properties under management.
Gabe Alexander, COO

Gabe is a founding partner in Rabin|Alexander and is responsible for overall corporate operations. He has been successfully acquiring, financing and managing commercial and residential real estate projects for more than a decade. He has had extraordinary success in the redevelopment, repositioning, and renovation of commercial properties over his entire career. He manages and supervises all phases of project development with special emphasis on expense management.
Larry Weissman, CFA, CFO

Larry is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has recently become a partner of Rabin|Alexander. He has been providing consulting services to Rabin|Alexander since mid 2005. He has been a proven investor for more than two decades, having personally raised and managed over $2 billion in various investment vehicles including mutual funds and private accounts. He has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg radio as an authority on markets and the economy and has been highlighted in Barron’s Magazine for his investment insights. He focuses on raising equity for the continued growth of the company as well as evaluating and implementing strategic financial alternatives.
Edward Manno Shumsky, Esq., CAO

Edward is a member of the Washington, D.C., Maryland and New York Bar Associations. Before joining Rabin|Alexander, Edward was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Florida East Coast Industries, a large transportation and real estate development company in Florida. Prior to FECI, Edward was Managing Consultant in Florida for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a global human resources consulting firm, and served on its Board of Directors. In addition, he has worked in financial services for Merrill Lynch and E.F. Hutton, and from 1984-1987 was the Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s New York Regional Office. Edward’s role at RA focuses on strategy and organizational development, due diligence and capital raising.
