EDWARD SHUMSKY JOINS REAL ESTATE FIRM RABIN/ALEXANDER

WHITE PLAINS, NY— Edward Manno Shumsky, Esq., has been named a Partner of Rabin|Alexander LLC,
a multi-million dollar real estate company principally focused on multi-family residential properties nationwide. The announcement was made today by Corey Rabin, Chief Executive Officer of Rabin|Alexander.

Shumsky’s primary responsibilities will include acquisition strategy, organizational development, due diligence and raising investment capital.

Prior to joining Rabin|Alexander, Shumsky served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for Florida East Coast Industries, a large transportation and real estate company based in Florida. He was previously a Managing Consultant for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, a Florida-based global human resources consulting firm, and was a member of its Board of Directors. Shumsky has also worked in financial services for Merrill Lynch and E.F. Hutton and was the Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s New York Regional office.
